I donÂt currently have JDiskReport installed but IÂve used it succesfully under Sun JRE under previous Fedora versions as well under Ubuntu.

Btw: if you have the Java plug-in installed in the browser (with Java Web Start) you can even launch the program with a single click on the following URL, without installing it:
