Works for me:

[andre@compaq-pc ~]$ rpm -q bash-completion
bash-completion-1.3-3.fc14.noarch
[andre@compaq-pc ~]$ ls Documents/^C     <-- used tab-completion
[andre@compaq-pc ~]$ rm Documents/^C     <-- used tab-completion
[andre@compaq-pc ~]$ mv Documents/^C     <-- used tab-completion
