There is an effort to add USB support for 'other devices' but this requires downloading, patching and compiling Wine sources with a third party patch set. See http://wiki.winehq.org/USB for more information and where to find the patches (I just downloaded them today and will apply them for a sanity check against the latest Wine development code (git as of Friday.))
