  To be more specific - can the ATAs be used as an FXO gateway - i.e.
connect the CO line to ATA - and then using SIP (voip)  connect the ATA
to the PBX via ethernet cable.

  Its not obvious to the lesser informer of us (i.e. me :-) ) why this
won't work - does it ?
