And Facebook does NOT use https:// except on it's login page from what I 
can gather.  You might be able to force it on the profile pages, but 
elsewhere it is considered 'public' information, even if there are 
privacy controls in effect.  What is the OP doing that s/he is so 
concerned about?  If is bad-mouthing the 'Boss', don't do it there....
