F11 is not supported anymore, but you may be able to find the F11 packages
on the net.

For example:

 http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/releases/11/Everything/i386/os/repoview/index.html

F11 is no more supported but if I am having Fedora 11, means if any problem comes, what should I do, should it be mandatory to upgrade? Further could you please let me know how to install VLC media player as that package is available in the link you gave.

Should I use F11 or not? Or should I upgrade as I am not from the IT field but liked Fedora so installed but want something stable so that only could be learned.
