I never had any success with scanning in wine, and I haven't heard of 
anybody else. But you could scan your music sheet with xsane and save it 
as an image, just to load it into Capella (I guess it has an option for 
that). I do so with some windows programs that I run in wine 
(OCR,Irfanview, Photoshop).
