No but the version of claws in FC14 is buggy as **** whenever the connection is lost and it fails to reconnect. It may be worth running your live balsa under valgrind if you can reproduce the problem and can cope with it being a bit slower running. That may give useful diagnostics on things like memory scribbles - which are the first guess mess up for threaded apps.
