http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/rawtherapee

Please ask the package maintainer. Fedora Build System (koji) doesn't list
a single build of 2.4.1. Package review started with 3.0-0.5.a1.fc12:

It is also easy enough to open a new ticket for any issues you find. Plus,
you could have given feedback on this update while it was in
updates-testing repo: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/rawtherapee
