That's backwards, isn't it?

  PACKAGE-owner@xxxx

where PACKAGE is the src.rpm package name. Further,

  http://bugz.fedoraproject.org/PACKAGE

is one convenient way to display the package's list of open
bugs, the package's list of maintainers, a direct link into bugzilla,
and more stuff.
