Hey Petrus, you can save yourself a lot of trouble
by downloading the firefox add-on
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006/
which lets you not only download the flash video,
but also lets you configure it to convert it to some
other format, such as wmv, or mp4, or avi, ...etc.
