Even though Fedora does provide putty in it's repo's,
so discussing it here would not be a problem. I would
guess though that this utility is more widely used
on windows platforms. Also, I thought that you
might contact the producers of putty at
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/
