The caveat that comes with atrpms is that many of
it's rpms packages are already on the fedora repo.
So sometimes what will happen is that
yum update will find higher revision packages on atrpms
than what is available on Fedora. At a certain point,
the updates will break because of dependencies for
packages that got installed from atrpms, and vice
versa.
