In other words, I think I just need to use a different client for posting to mailing lists. This post from 2008 on Zimbra's forums seems to detail the issues I'm having and points out that they're never likely to all be fixed. http://www.zimbra.com/forums/users/23233-using-zimbra-mailing-lists.html#post111629 Bug 5935 concerns proper threading and it has been open since 2006! http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=5935 It's a shame, because I've found it to be a nice web-based client other than these issues.
