I haven't found a web mail interface, yet, that isn't a *major* pain.
I'm wondering if there is one. And if so, is it one that we can put on
our own private mail servers (i.e. install it on Fedora), so that we can
be our own mail service both internally, and for external access.

I have tried SquirrelMail and Horde, and found them annoying. I did try
a third, similarly annoying, but can't remember its name.

I have considered exposing our IMAP server to the WAN, but that requires
me to work with security issues more than I want to. And it requires
configuring an external mail client, everywhere that you want to access
your own service.

I'd much rather have all my mail stored and handled by my homebase,
rather than some third party.

Don't send private replies to my address, the mailbox is ignored. I
read messages from the public lists.
