I tried that today from my sister's Fedora 12 computer to mine, Fedora 
13, and I get the same error;    ssh: connect to host 69.58.52.206 port 
22: Connection timed out.

She is setting behind a Linksys router and i'am not.

What about changing the Port 22 to something else ?
