With -w it doesn't complain, but now it is even more worrisome.
It is saying the checksum matches now. It is like the first
run got bad data when it read the file, but now it is getting
good data.

I'll have to run some smart diagnostics... (or submit bugs
about unreliable ext3 in fedora 13 :-).
