You can clean it by running "yum remove tigervnc-server*" then "yum install tigervnc-server". The dependencies problem is separate - it sometimes happens when the repo is not fully synced to its upstream repo. If you don't care about those particular packages, run update as "yum update --skip-broken"; or if you need them, try another repo or wait a day or two - dependency problem should disappear.
