That's not to say it isn't technically possible but you'll probably have to compile from source to even have a chance, and I'm assuming there will be other dependencies that will have to be upgraded as well. End of Life (EOL) for Fedora Core 4 was announced on 8/7/2006 and the current release is 13. For work environments I would highly recommend moving to a long life distribution such as RHEL (pay supported) or CentOS (free but community/self supported) or another distribution.
