In my reading of the setup, the disk is using the Windows ntldr as the primary boot loader, since the NTFS partition has the boot flag? It may be that boot loader has been changed to grub, but the boot flag is not on the linux boot partitions, so you might need to reload the grub boot loader to correct this. I would always do a full image backup before doing anything, so that if something doesn't work, you can put the machine back as it was.
