You're right, they should not direct people here.  However, this is
what I see on their page:

If you still cannot make the driver to work, you can either report a
problem to nVidia or to rpmfusion packager team. Please read: How to
report a problem about the nVidia proprietary driver

Can you please indicate where they are directing people here so they
can be contacted and asked to stop?  It would be helpful to point out
to them where the offending remarks are.
