The answer then, as when this situation has arisen previously, was "no". In this case however, especially given the massive improvements that are expected in Firefox 4.0, I would hope that they might work around that by either including the latest beta in the release or by provide it as an optional, alternate package to the Firefox 3.6.x releases. If push comes to shove though you can always grab one of the third party releases from external packagers, or build it yourself if you're up to it.
