try rpm -qi orbit instead of capitalising
When I run into similar reports I also sudo updatedb
locate abc
whereis abc
ls -aFl /sbin abc and search throught /sbin, /usr/bin, /usr/sbin and any 
other directory
and yumlist abc, just in case.
