 gmail, as an example, uses over 2,500 outbound mx hosts ... if queues
are shared (certainly can be) and if the tool you're using doesn't
whitelist them all, or rejects until it sees the same host retry you
could be waiting a long time - with queue flush timeouts between 10 and
20 mins ... :-) You can work out the worst case delay ... in practice it
may be not terrible.

 greet pause delays you at most 3 seconds ... im ok with that - still I
do set the pause to 0 for all major ISP's (gmail, yahoo, etc)

 So if you're gonna gray list - please whitelist all the standard ISP
outbound mx hosts ...
