Seagate and WD are one now.  Look carefully at the site--it's not the
most intuitive in how it asks for part number and serial number.  It
does work--unless your drive is registered with them as an OEM-provided
drive.  Even then, it'll say so.

If you still can't get it, you could post (or send directly to me, if
that's too public for you) the serial and part numbers.
