I can't file a bug saying "nothing wrong but me" so if someone with working USB audio (webcam or TV card, same issue with both), I would appreciate a pointer. It keeps looking for /dev/dsp (analog) even though docs say xawtv knows how to handle the new v4l2 audio inputs. The only option for audio is -C and that is looking for an analog device. So is there a trick to make this work, or is there another *simple* application to do a similar thing? Ever since audio went digital it has been increasingly hard for non-guru users to use, and Pulse just adds to the complexity.
