Thanks for the quick response.. I did try this.. Went to BestBuy with
a LiveCD... Alas, the problem with the low-end systems is that the
components seem to change from week to week.  If it was just a single
machine then no problem, but I'll be picking up 4 of them and going
online.  I tried contacting one manufacturer (Dell) but they couldn't
provide a component listing and even guarantee that the system would
be the same.
