there was some packages missing
just do
su -c "yum -y install gstreamer-plugins-base gstreamer-plugins-good gstreamer-plugins-bad"
and things goes right

I have tried empathy with F10 sucessufully.
However, in F12 I could not communicate with voice with my google contacts. There is a short ring and then it stops.
do you have any experience with this?
