You might want to reconsider that.  The requirement for internal SATA
connectors includes a life rating of just 50 insertions.  Wearing out
the connector on the motherboard would be a Very Bad Thing (tm).  My
Lenovo laptop came with a warning about repeatedly swapping disks,
and a bit of digging turned up that 50 insertion spec.

(FYI, the rating for eSATA connectors is 5000 insertions.)
