Jobulator needs Yahoo! Widgets installed in order to run. Yahoo! Widgets is only available for Windows and MacOS. Your only options are to either experiment with installation of Yahoo! Widgets and jobulator under wine or just install VirtualBox and run a virtual machine with windows.
