Please, check rpm -qa | grep nvidia If you have xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs-195.36.08-* and xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-195.36.08-* you can run yum downgrade xorg-x11-drv-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-libs to get 190.53 version.
