Focussing all day long on text on a computer screen makes me very, very tired by the end of the day. When I get home from work, it's everything I can do to work up the energy just to cook my supper. There are many reasons why one might be tired at the end of a work day, but I'm quite certain that primary among them, at least in my case, is having to read so much text.
