This file is a 32bit dll:
bash-3.2$ file /usr/lib/libnvidia-tls.so.173.14.22
/usr/lib/libnvidia-tls.so.173.14.22: ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel
80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, for GNU/Linux 2.2.5, stripped

It was installed by the nvidia driver installer. It has a 64 bit
corollary: /usr/lib64/libnvidia-tls.so.173.14.22 so I don't think I'm
missing any libs. I think its being given a bad arg by google-earth,
but thats hard to discover :(
