The listinfo page is the place to do that.  It's listed in the footer
of each message (as well as in the headers), though it previously only
said "To unsubscribe: ..."  I've just changed that to make it more
obvious that you can also change subscription options via that URL.

Also, such administrative messages are best sent to the list owner
address (users-owner@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) so as not to clutter the
list with them.  Thanks.
