[Resolved]: Issue setting KDE resolution - Fedora 12, ATI, Dell Inspiron 8600

Hi all.

Reporting the resolution (no pun intended) in case anyone else has this
problem ans stumbles across this thread....

I was able to correct this by adding "nomodeset" to the boot command in
grub.conf.
