I would like to install the Smolt client in Ubuntu 9.04, and tried to install it with rpm command (after installing it in Ubuntu), but am getting a number of dependency errors, as follows -

$ rpm -ivh smolt-1.4-3.9.noarch.rpm
warning: smolt-1.4-3.9.noarch.rpm: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 signature: NOKEY, key ID 3dbdc284
error: Failed dependencies:

    /usr/bin/python is needed by smolt-1.4-3.9.noarch
    rpmlib(PayloadIsLzma) <= 4.4.6-1 is needed by smolt-1.4-3.9.noarch

Is there a Smolts package available for Debian/Ubuntu ?

Thanks,
