In my case, my spam filters thought your mail was spam.  Why? because
your From: and Subject: headers use =?us-ascii?Q etc. which is
redundant.

To: =?us-ascii?Q?fedora=2Dlist?= <fedora-list@xxxxxxxxxx>
From: =?us-ascii?Q?j=2Ehalifax=20=2E?= <j.halifax@xxxxxxxxx>
Subject: =?us-ascii?Q?LAN=20Card=20doesn=27t=20activate?=
