My Hewlett-Packard printer-scanner-copier 1210 auto-detected and installed automatically just fine in Fedora 11. In 12, it says "can't find driver for HP Series 1200 PSC" or somesuch. Clicking "search" on the alert shows the giant vendor list of drivers, and sure enough, the HP PSC drivers stop at 900.
