Running kdm as the login manager, and gnome as the desktop - I have changed my userpic under preferences in gnome and the image fails to show up next to my username in the desktop. Similarly after logging in to kde and going to the login manager settings and adding a userpic to my username - no picture appears next to me username in the kdm greeter in f12. Both these work fine in f11 - can anyone point me to a workaround?
