F11 -> F12 preupgrade error

Hi,

I've tried to upgrade without success from F11 to F12 using preupgrade tool. Before running preupgrade I updated the system with yum update

The preupgrade-cli produced the errors listed at the bottom of this email. At this point I am not sure how to fix them. Anyone familiar with them?
