Issue Upgrading to F12 on X86_64 with Nvidia

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I've successfully upgraded one of my machines (i686) using the
"preupgrade" command. So I gave it a whirl on an X86_64 machine which
has an Nvidia card with the follwoing message:

"Failed to copy anacdump.txt to /mnt/sysimage/root"

I've also tried upgrading from a DVD, but both it also gives the same
error.

I've tried removing the Nvidia .drivers and changed Xorg.conf to
indicate I'm only using a plain LCD monitor without success. I've
goggled to see if anyone else has had this problem without any hits....

I did a clean install of F11 when it came out, so all my filesytems are
ext4.

Any suggestions?
