I had similar problems a few years back, and I finally Identified the bad module after 2-3 days of testing. But of course in that case I had to test four 1gig modules. That can be a lot of permutations, 4 modules 4 banks so 4 x 4 = 16 possible combos to test. You are going to need lots of patience and good luck :) -- Suvayu Open source is the future.
