This program has not been discontinued but the request form normally
only opens for a few days near the beginning of each month as we can't
keep up otherwise. Please watch for it to open again in early November
and make your request using that form. Or you might be able to find a
Fedora ambassador in your region who can help you as well.

And if anyone would be interested in volunteering to enable us to keep
the form open longer and get Fedora media into more hands please do
so.
