Yes, you can. There's dual-booting, where you have a boot menu to pick
which OS to boot. This menu system is already part of Fedora (grub).
It should be noted that you can install Fedora on any drive on your
system. You must have a boot manager to get at it, however. By
default, Fedora will install grub (Fedora's boot manager) in the master
boot record (MBR) of the first drive and grub will let you boot (almost)
any OS in any partition on any disk. Windows, by default, installs its
boot loader in the MBR and it generally won't boot anything but Windows.
It is also suggested that, if you plan to dual boot Windows and Fedora,
you install Windows first. Microsoft products always think they own all
the hardware and won't install if another OS is already there (even if
there's sufficient unpartitioned disk space to accommodate it).
