Printing from Open Office of Fedora 11

This morning I configured 2 network attached printers on F11 using hp-setup.

When I tried to print to one of them I got an selinux alert.

SELinux is preventing hp (hplip_t) "name_bind" howl_port_t.

lpstat -t shows the following for the relevant printer:

printer HP_Color_LaserJet_2605dn disabled since Thu 01 Oct 2009 09:36:23 AM MST -
    /usr/lib/cups/backend/hp failed

The problem appears to be in the printer configuration.  If you look at the printer properties and the device URI is similar to this:

hp:/net/HP_Color_laserjet_2605dn?zc=hpcolorjet

where hpcolorjet is the host name of the printer you will get an SELinux alert.  If the device URI is similar to this:

hp:/net/HP_Color_laserjet_2605dn?ip=192.168.10.71

then you don't.

When I configured the printers using hp-setup for the 2 new printers I took all the default options.

Is this a bug?  What do I file it against. SELinux? hplip?

On a related note.  In unix there used to be 2 commands, enable and disable, which were used to enable and disable printers. What is the cups equivalent?  The man pages weren't to clear on that.

Thanks,
Paolo
