Its a graphical front end for yum and keeps everything visual, simple and informative. yum install yumex. However ... If packages with another version number (e.g. 185.18.31) shows up, remove them. It would be better to remove everything like I have suggested and re-install. Make sure those previous header files, akmod, kernel-devel have been removed.
