Are your DNS servers configured correctly? The message seems to imply that it looked for the server and didn't find it. The link isn't pointing to that server when I access it, but this address http://www.bvcu.com/index.php/personal/ What if you put that into your browser address? Did you ask the site to save a cookie in F7? Maybe you need to reestablish from scratch in F11? Did you do anything to the default firewall on the F11 box?
