I don't think any of the install media contain the console games, however the dependencies for the package bsd-games are satisfied by almost all the installation media. So what you can do is grab the rpm from here,
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/11/Everything/i386/os/Packages/bsd-games-2.17-27.fc11.i586.rpm and install using `rpm -ivh /path/to/the/rpm' Have fun -- Suvayu Open source is the future.
