Since it seems everyone else is posting their setups, why not.

I have two machines, one leading (L) and the other "dragging" 
behind (D). L jumps ship to rawhide soon after rawhide while D 
chugs along on current release updates and cherry picks from 
updates-testing if necessary to fix things. D is usually used 
via VNC. All of the actual work is done on D and testing new 
stuff on L. So I just keep a full /home on D and a bare one on 
L.
