Ah - now I understand. He could always sounds /etc/sysconfig/httpd
from the config for the shell. If he wants it for all users, then
two small scripts in /etc/profile.d for sh and c type shells.
(http.sh and http.sch maybe?)

I would borrow the code from /etc/httpd...
